AI Transparency Notice

Last updated: 13 June 2026

Disclo practices what it sells. This page is our own Article 50(1) compliance disclosure.

1. What AI systems Disclo uses

Disclo uses the Claude API (provided by Anthropic, PBC) to generate personalised compliance text templates delivered as part of the Compliance Kit product. When you purchase a Kit, your answers from the Scope Check wizard are sent to the Claude API to generate disclosure texts tailored to your business type and language. No other AI systems interact directly with visitors on disclo.eu.

2. You are not talking to an AI on this website

The Disclo website does not use a chatbot or AI assistant that interacts with visitors in real time. There is no conversational AI on disclo.eu. The AI involvement is limited to back-end template generation triggered by a paid purchase action.

3. AI-generated content in the Compliance Kit

The disclosure texts, voice scripts, and transparency page templates delivered in the Compliance Kit are generated with AI assistance using the Claude API. Each output is based on the EU AI Act, the Commission's draft Article 50 guidelines (8 May 2026), and the Code of Practice on Transparency of AI-Generated Content. All generated content is reviewed for accuracy before delivery. The Kit delivery page carries a visible notice: "Generated with AI assistance — reviewed against official EU guidelines."

4. Our legal basis under Article 50

As a deployer of a generative AI system (the Claude API) used to produce content, Disclo acknowledges its obligations under EU AI Act Article 50. This page constitutes our transparency disclosure. We will update it when the final Commission guidelines are published and when our use of AI systems changes.
